The treatment costs are billed privately, as a self-payer, and are independent of any possible reimbursement by private health insurance or supplementary insurance.
Appointments are binding. If the client cannot keep an appointment, it must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. According to Section 615 of the German Civil Code (BGB), a cancellation fee equal to the scheduled session costs will be charged. I do this because, as a self-employed person, I would otherwise incur additional costs.

In psychotherapeutic sessions, we begin with a 60-minute conversation to get to know each other and decide together whether we can imagine working together. This allows you to experience my approach, my energy, and the space. At the same time, I also want to understand you and your concerns before giving you a clear "yes." We are human beings, and for me, it is essential that we click in some way.
For naturopathic treatments— cupping and acupuncture—it is important for me to gain a precise understanding of your concerns, as well as general factors like sleep, digestion, and emotional well-being. These aspects are closely connected and influence the treatment plan I design for you. Since I want to offer you a treatment during the first session, this initial appointment lasts 90 minutes.
