Gestalt therapy
What to expect from a session
In a Gestalt therapy session, you are invited to consciously notice and connect with your current experiences and emotions.
Through authentic conversations, you can learn to be yourself, just as you are in the present moment. This allows patterns from the past to be changed and for new perspectives to emerge. You are invited into a space where, with my help, you can explore what might be standing in the way of most your well-being and most importantly why.

Gestalt therapy was developed in the 1940s by Fritz and Laura Perls and integrates elements from psychoanalysis, humanistic psychology, and body therapy.
At its core, it focuses on the experience of the here and now, as well as the integration of body, mind, and emotions.

"Awareness heals."
