I work integratively—
somatically with acupuncture and other methods of traditional Chinese medicine, and
psychotherapeutically with Gestalt therapy—because body and psyche cannot be separated.

More about the offer
Acupuncture
Acupuncture brings your energy flow back into balance.Through the gentle insertion of needles, your life energy – known as Qi – is set into motion again. Qi flows through energy pathways called meridians. Acupuncture helps release blockages and stagnation in these meridians. At the same time, any excess energy can be released, like through a valve – allowing body and mind to find harmony, and activating your innate self-healing abilities.
In addition to classical body acupuncture, I also offer ear and facial acupuncture.
Acupuncture gently guides you back into balance – deep, subtle, and uniquely tailored to you.
Gestalttherapy
To meet yourself in the present moment. In a Gestalt therapy session, I invite you to pause.
To consciously notice your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations – just as they are – and to come into contact with them.
In a safe space, held by presence and honest dialogue, you are invited to show yourself – without having to pretend.
To be yourself. Just as you are, right now.
Through this authentic contact in the now, your true wishes for change can unfold. Old patterns, that is, unconscious strategies from the past, may surface – and new perspectives can emerge.
You gain clarity, self-trust, and the opportunity to experience yourself in a new way.
Healing begins in the moment you truly meet yourself.
Additional methods that I add into treatments
TCM methods...
-
Cupping
Using a vacuum system, the cups gently lift your skin, releasing tension, stimulating metabolism, and guiding both body and mind into deep relaxation.
-
Moxibustion
Moxa, compressed mugwort, is ignited and gently held over specific areas of the skin. It releases soothing warmth and calming aromas, bringing energy and vitality to the treated regions.

-
Foot and head massages
To deepen your state of relaxation, I complement treatments with foot reflexology massages—which can influence specific areas of your body and gently relax the soles of your feet—as well as head or hand massages. Through mindful touch, the body can regulate itself and find calm and a sense of safety.
-
Mindfulness exercises
Meditation and breathing exercises. Many people lack the tools to cultivate greater mindfulness and self-awareness. Each of us is capable of practicing these exercises. If you wish, I will guide you in meeting yourself—in stillness, and in connection with your breath.
-
Aromatherapy
To accompany each treatment, I select a scent that supports and balances your current state. For example: lemon for increased vitality, lavender for relaxation, or rose as a heart-opening essence.

conscious, nourishing and holistic
For those who already want to know more:
What does a holistic approach really mean?
My therapeutic work is grounded in a deep understanding of the interplay between body, mind, and soul.
The human being is a dynamic system that naturally strives for balance—also known as homeostasis. In this system, everything is interconnected: the activation of your nerves, the regulation of your hormones, the rhythm of your heartbeat, the tone of your muscles, and the thoughts that drift through your mind throughout the day.
Imbalances within this system can arise, for example, through stress that keeps the nervous system in a constant state of high alert, through physical injuries, or through being stuck in learned behavioral or thought patterns.
Our organism develops coping strategies to deal with these imbalances. While these may help in the short term, over time, they can lead to illness and suffering. Since our mind and body are deeply interconnected, an imbalance in one area can also cause disturbances in another. For instance, hormonal imbalances may contribute to depressive moods, or chronic emotional stress—whether at work or within the family system—might manifest as back pain or digestive issues.
I firmly believe that a complex system like our body requires a holistic approach.
The therapeutic methods I offer aim to view the body and mind as a unified whole. Whether you are in an acute or chronic state, I support you in exploring the imbalances and compensation patterns within your system. With creativity and mindfulness, we design a treatment together—this may be a blend of different therapeutic approaches or a focused process centered on just one.
I look forward to getting to know you and to creating a therapy that supports your personal path toward healing.
