Psychotherapy
Gestalt Therapy

Gestalt therapy was developed in the 1940s by Fritz and Laura Perls and integrates elements from psychoanalysis, humanistic psychology, and body therapy.

At its core, it focuses on the experience of the here and now, as well as the integration of body, mind, and emotions.

What you can expect from a session

In a Gestalt therapy session, you are invited to consciously notice and connect with your current experience and emotions.

Through authentic conversation, you can learn and dare to be your true self, just as you are in the very moment. This allows patterns from the past to be changed and for new perspectives to emerge. You are invited into a space where, with my help, you can explore what might be standing in the way of your well-being and most importantly why.

Possible topics

  • Self-awareness

  • Emotional blockages and old wounds

  • Stress

  • Psychosomatic issues

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Life crisis or times of change

  • More conscious and authentic relationships

Creative Writing

It is a form of writing that centers on the creative process itself.
The final result of the written text is less important than the act of writing and sharing it. I see it as a meeting point between literary writing, which focuses on the final product, and expressive writing, which is primarily about personal expression.

Here, the emphasis is on expression, sharing, and being listened to without judgment.

Through the combination of “being allowed to show yourself” and “being seen,” a healing and touching space can emerge. In this way, you can reconnect with your own voice and strengthen your confidence in it.

What to expect from a session

There is no right or wrong.
I will design a session based on a specific theme or integrate creative writing into a Gestalt therapy session. The writing and preparatory exercises will offer you inspiration and give you the courage to bring your words to the page. The exercises will be full of imagination and variation.
In my view, writing is about creating a free space in which to discover your own voice and bring your impressions to paper.

Through writing exercises, the optional sharing of texts, and a bit of theory, you'll be given the tools to hold one or more self-written pieces in your hands.

By writing and sharing your experiences, a space of trust can unfold—giving you the opportunity to show yourself, connect with your inner voice, and immerse yourself in the healing power of writing.

For whom?

If you’d like to connect with your own creativity—whether you're just curious to try it out, want to refresh your practice, or already have writing experience—you're welcome here. I’ve worked with both newcomers to writing and experienced authors.

If you’re curious to be guided through the world of writing in a professional, supportive setting and to explore its healing qualities, feel free to reach out to me.

Cupping

Cupping is a naturopathic method that has been used for thousands of years and has its roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) as well as European healing practices. This technique uses special cupping glasses that are placed on the skin using suction.

How does cupping work?

A cupping session with me begins with a conversation to get to know the patient's health history and state. This is followed by a massage to  identify muscular tension. I then apply the cupping glasses. The vacuum created inside the glass gently lifts the skin, promoting local blood circulation and lymphatic flow, stimulating the metabolism and relaxing the muscles in the treated area.

The suction effect can reach deeper layers of connective tissue and so helps to release tension, harmonize the flow of energy, and support the body’s detoxification processes.

To further support the metabolism, a foot massage is included as part of every cupping session.

Areas of application

  • Muscle tension and back pain

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Circulatory disorders

  • Colds and respiratory issues

  • Digestive problems

  • Menstrual discomfort

  • Stress-related issues and exhaustion

  • Cellulite treatment

Acupuncture
...Body Acupuncture, Ear Acupuncture and Facial Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a central pillar of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and is based on the principle that life energy, known as Qi, flows through defined pathways called meridians in our body.By targeting specific acupuncture points, the flow of energy can be harmonized and blockages can be released.

How does a session work?

After a detailed consultation, I carefully choose the acupuncture points that are just right for you.
With gentle hands and fine, sterile needles, I touch the surface of your skin — activating points that lie along the energy pathways of your body, the meridians. In this subtle yet powerful process, your Qi — your life energy — is invited to flow freely again. Blockages begin to dissolve, your energy can move with more ease, and your body’s natural ability to heal itself is awakened.

In addition to the traditional body acupuncture — the best known — I also offer ear acupuncture and facial acupuncture.

Body acupuncture supports your entire system. It helps regulate the nervous system, stimulates the release of your body’s own healing messengers like endorphins, and can ease pain and reduce inflammation. It’s a gentle nudge toward balance, from the inside out.

Ear acupuncture, much like foot reflexology or cupping, works through specific zones rather than meridians. It’s especially effective in supporting the body during allergy treatments or when letting go of habits like smoking.

Facial acupuncture is a deeply nourishing treatment I often use in cosmetic applications — for softening wrinkles, supporting hair growth, or relieving headaches and tinnitus. It’s more than a beauty ritual — it’s a moment to reconnect with yourself.

Topics of application

  • Pain conditions such as back pain, headaches, and migraines

  • Joint issues and rheumatic diseases

  • Digestive problems such as irritable bowel syndrome or nausea

  • Allergies and respiratory diseases

  • Menstrual discomfort and hormonal imbalances

  • Stress, sleep disorders, and exhaustion

  • Support for smoking cessation and weight reduction
